America the free for everyone?

Is there a place for the extreme right and the extreme left to live in America? The question is, is America a country where you're free to live your life as you choose? The constitution lays out some guides that Americans all agree on. Is it time to expand those guides? Is it time we elaborate on them as a nation, because not everyone agrees on what the guide declares; the Supreme Court no longer is a non partisan court and can not be trusted to decide those matters for the nation.
